Developed by Cocina, the hood extinguishing system features a fully mechanical activation mechanism.

With its reliable technology, the safety of more than 500 kitchens worldwide is entrusted to Cocina hood extinguishing systems.

It does not require pressurized equipment such as cartridges for activation. It detects and extinguishes the fire fully mechanically.

The system has proven its performance and quality with "0" error rates in approximately 50 kitchen fires worldwide (according to dealer data from 2024).

Easy to install and learn.

Minimum maintenance requirements are minimal. Easy to maintain. Hydraulic calculations are easy. With only two nozzle types, it's easy to decide which nozzle to use for which equipment.

Chrome-plated spray nozzles with non-clogging silicone covers. CE-certified powder-coated special system tubes.

(Color: RAL3020) German-made pressure gauge. Stainless steel valve assembly. Stainless steel mechanism housing group. Micro switch. Solenoid gas cut-off valve can be applied.
